About us

A developer and a network of trusted specialists — matched to what your project actually needs. We build where there's payback and tell you straight when there isn't.

Why we do this

Several years on large product projects: frontend in Next.js and TypeScript, backend in FastAPI and Python, AI wired in where it actually changes something. Too many projects tagged 'AI' turned out to be CRUD wrapped in a chatbot, and too many websites — copied templates with no business context. Skalujto.ai exists to say it straight: what to build, in what order, and when it's not worth it at all.

We don't promise miracles and we don't bill by the hour. If a prototype isn't showing value after two weeks — that's information, not a problem. We recommend stopping the budget.

How we work

  • Fixed price, not hours

You know the number before signing. Scope change = separate scope, quoted within 48h. Zero open-ended retainers.

  • Repo in your account from commit one

Code on your GitHub, keys on your accounts, deploys on your infra. No lock-in.

  • Metrics before code

The dashboard ships before the first function. If we can't measure it, we don't ship it.

  • Honest about limits

If a solution can't meet your requirements, you hear it before signing — not after. We don't sell fantasies.

Who we are

At the core is Artur Niklewicz — developer based in Warsaw, frontend in Next.js and TypeScript, backend in FastAPI and Python, AI on local NVIDIA DGX Spark servers. Depending on what a project needs, trusted specialists from our network join in: designers, backend engineers, AI researchers. We match the skill set to the task, not the other way round. Polish natively, English without a translator. Clients in PL, DE, UK.
